Project of industrially manufactured prototype allows to enlarge house with other modules. Sizes of the modules fullfil common requirements for transport (3m width, 2,5m height, 12m length). The house is delivered completely with interior straight to the plot, only the last layer of the facade and roof is mounted in the site.

Pilot building from the offer of modular houses is clad with black glass and white aluminum boards, which add very modern appearance to the house. Disposition of the house is situated on 106m2 and contains living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and dressing room. You can find prices for particular models on the website of architects.

Modules on city beach in Barcelona solute the seasonal problem - sanitary facilities, first aid - mobile and easy to transport. The steel structure, module 2,5m, the front wall from opaque glass covered by lamellas.

A dream about cheap house 20 minutes behind the city in the middle of nature was realized by Costa Rica architect using two containers. They are slightly moved with windows cut on oposite sides - residents have view both to sunrise and sunset. Rests from containers were used for roofing of the corridor in between containers.

Spanish architects A-cero designed whole series of modular houses (house BASIC from 85 to 132 m2), which are supposed to fulfill requirements for high quality and cheap house. The facade is cladded with black glass boards.

75 floating homes are proof of close connection of Dutch with water. Flexible modules allow to change the fix wall for glazing part, which means every house can be adapted to its new position on the water. Houses are connected with decks and enable both to jump to the sea in the summer and to put on skates in the winter.
