Older project (1999) of the modest house, which proves that good architecture can age. House for 5-member family near St. Moritz was designed by Swiss architects Bearth + Deplazes.

A house on the narrow plot - 3,6 x 11m - a difficult task for architects. The maximal attention was paid to the proportion of interior spaces. The house has courtyard, which gives privacy to owner as well as illuminates spaces inside.

Narrow house on the minimal plot in dense residental development offers offices for smaller company and an apartment for rent. The interior is original, atypically soluted, austered, from concrete. Tha facade with glazing is roteted by 63.02° to the street, which forms private view to the street.

Geologist and civil engineer asked Iranian architects for two separated offices - openspace squeezed into the minimal plot. The most interesting part of the house is the side wall, where glass cuts are fitted in between steel beams.

Architects added another facade to the house, which strongly separates exterior and interior, lets go soft light to the white clear interior and covers interior from the street.

Because there is always a garden supposed to be next to the house and because after fullfiling of the programme required by the client just narrow line rested from the plot, architects decided to use the roof (access is ensured by the sloping ramps) as a garden and even part of the facade is green.
