99 houses and apartments lays between original forest and newly built pond. Houses are designed to use this location as much as it is possible - those floating have panoramatic windows and terraces right at the water level, those turned to the forest have straight access among trees. Whole block of the development is "inside out" - gardens, terraces on the exterior side, an urban area inside the block. Architects tried to design facade allowing freedom for solution of the disposition of each of the house.

Two towers are fitted to the steep slope. In the level of ground floor there is a "promenade" which splits each of the towers into two houses and which gives to the house its "floating character".

Ecologically oriented project focused on building development of student housing - wooden panels in different modules were used for facade.

Seven new blocks of student dorm is situated in residental quarter of british metropolis. Interesting facade, single rooms with private bathroom and common kitchens for 5 - 6 students in every floor.

Two new towers full of apartments were erected in the suburbs of Toronto. The plot at the crossroad of two important streets acts as an orientation point and is a symbol for the neighborhood. Chinese architects rotated floors so that flats could have views to different directions.

Apartment House is situated in the plot, where a new road is planned. This is why bottom floors are structurally independent on the rest of the building. While there are shops and offices downstairs, flats in top floors have terraces.

Lorcan O’Herlihy architects are authors of residential building called Habitat 825. This building is built from two parts with common space inside. In that public space all habitants can meet each other because all entrances are placed to this space.
