Older project (1999) of the modest house, which proves that good architecture can age. House for 5-member family near St. Moritz was designed by Swiss architects Bearth + Deplazes.

Building of the school and building of the gym form school courtyard, which is far away enough from the road and is suitable place for public events. The coat of both buildings is from metal and lamellas unite them though each of them has different needs for windows.

Building of the museum from André Lambert from 1894 started to have problems with spaces very early. Therefore some extensions were realized in south and west parts in the past. In 2001 the competition for another extension, which was supposed to solve the problem with spaces, was announced.

The rapid modification of the house - only stone cellars and retaining walls were kept, the rest was destroyed. On these foundations new wooden conctruction with geometrically broken walls was built. The face of the house is changing by falling shadows.

Rectangular mass, which was determided by the city plan, was filled with clear structure  with glass facade and inner courtyard, which lit spaces inside the disposition. In the interior clear white and yellow colours dominate and separate educational spaces from spaces for free time.

Classic form of the house is deformated by the giant dormer. The facade from wavy boards makes house totally different from surrounding development.

Clear monolithic form from visible concrere hides mediatheque and auditoriums inside. New building is inspired by the original one - both by material and clearly cut windows.

Simple clear form - rectangular layout, two-floor mass, sloping roof with small slope. The house is due to near stream lifted up on 70cm high platform, which forms terrace in the south part of the house. Whole house is wrapped in eternit boards resembling wooden cladding.
